Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact ranusood@yahoo.com with your order number and the item you wish to return before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Please keep proof of shipment.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve the problem. Xmas Bazar will arrange an appropriate resolution without charging you return-shipping costs for these issues.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.
